Why Buy a DV Moves' Crane?

They are Affordable, Compact, Very Strong per Pound, Easy to Assembly, Easy to Learn to use. They provide Smooth 360 degree Camera Pans, 360 degree Arm rotation, 120 degree tilts and Adjustable Length

Our cranes allow moves that make video look great on a big screen. Shaky and poorly composed moves look worse on the big screen. Our crane allows great moves at an affordable price.

This crane has been developed from years of experience of using both studio cranes and building riding and non-riding cranes and dollies for all weights of cameras.. Our support base cannot collapse or allow a leg to break free of its base causing the arm and camera to fall.

Our crane support base is simple yet strong. Attaching the arm to the base is very easy. No trying to attach a dovetail to a tripod head. You only have to slide the stainless steel pin on the pivot into the Delrin bearing on the base. Our base will not collapse when you don't want it to. The fluid resistance of a tripod head is not necessary at the pivot because the inertia of the camera and counter weight provides smooth camera acceleration, deceleration and moves in between.

With our crane package you get everything excluding remote viewfinder, barbell weights and camera. You don't have to buy an expensive tripod and head that a crane arm can damage.

Our crane will support cameras up to 10 lbs. including the Canon XL1.

Our Crane arm can be set up in a minute or two and it can even be carried in a small car.

Best of all our camera control system allows both tilts and pans of the camera at the tripod head. This allows moves that arms with camera tilts only allow cannot make. Our control system is simple and avoids the problems of the cheaper remote control heads. (There are some very well designed remote heads out there, but they are very expensive.)

This crane was developed to incorporate function, safety, and operator ease at an affordable price.
